Certainly, I have visited the Fairy Bridge on the isle of Man in the past when at the TT racers go to greet the Fairies and say hello to be kept safe from bad fate. The campaign is highlighting the top risk areas for riders, in a bid to help reduce fatalities on Scotland’s roads. Its focus is on Scottish riders and those visitors from beyond Scotland’s borders. Who Does Ride London!
United Kingdom - In March of this year we launched a survey to riders which asked the question – Who Rides London? The aim of the survey – hidden cleverly in the title – was to identify motorcycle, scooter and moped riders who typically commute to work or study in London, to determine the typical riders’ profile and the type of bikes/scooters/mopeds travelling in these areas. UK – The Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA) has announced the launch of a new motorcycle & scooter anti-theft security “star rating” programme. This is designed to recognise and highlight to buyers which anti-theft devices are fitted or supplied as standard on new motorcycles and scooters. Europe - ACEM the European Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers (ACEM) has published a position paper on requirements to apply amendments to a European Regulation. The regulation is the Approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles regulations which we dealt with previously as Right To Ride EU . MCIA Condemns Applying VNUK
Europe - The Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA) in the UK has called today on EU member governments and MEPs to reject European Commission proposals which threaten to end all forms of competitive and grassroots motorsport across the EU, including the UK.
