Europe - ACEM, the European Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers, which is the trade association that represents manufacturers of powered-two and three-wheelers as well as quadricycles (L-category vehicles) in Europe, reports that EU motorcycle and moped registrations were down 3% in the first half of 2017. Norway And Taxing Emissions
Norway – The Norwegian Motorcycle Union (NMCU) - formed in 1972 and the sole organisation looking after the interests of Norwegian road-riding motorcyclists – reports that its government has added to the CO2 (Carbon dioxide) emissions fee which will lead to a dramatic increase in tax on some new models from motorcycle manufacturers.
