London – A consultation on detailed proposals to improve London’s air quality from the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, through Transport for London (TfL), would see pre-2007 manufactured motorcycles being charged in an Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) which is to be introduced in 2019. London - The Metropolitan Police have just launched its 'Be Safe' campaign around preventing theft of scooters and of course motorcycles! The message of the Met's new short, hard-hitting film and advertising campaign, urging riders of scooters, motorcycles and mopeds to use more security to avoid the theft of their vehicles is, "The more visible the security, the less visible your scooter is to thieves: adding extra security makes it harder for them to steal."
